Everything is copyrighted

All surveys, results sheets, session scripts, templates and written material on Teamform are the copyright of Teamform. This includes the free tools.

Free tools

You may use free tools with your own team and share them within your organisation. Keep the Teamform credit on every page. You may not sell them, present them as your own, or publish them without credit.

Paid kits

A kit is licensed to the person who buys it, for use with teams they manage or directly support, as many times as they like. It is not licensed for resale, for sharing with other managers, or for use by consultants with client teams. Kits are viewed inside your account and each page carries the buyer’s name. If a kit is found circulating, the licence is revoked.

Custom work

Materials designed for you under a custom engagement may be reused within your organisation. Teamform keeps the right to reuse the underlying methods and to describe the engagement anonymously as a story, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Your data

Survey responses belong to your team. Diagnostic answers are stored only to generate your result and, if you ask for it, your email report. We do not sell email addresses.
